This trial class is for absolute beginners to HEELS or DANCE, or both!

Welcome to a fun introduction to the world of Heels Dance. If you want to test out a sexy, feminine style, this class is for YOU!

Class will include a female-empowering meditation, energizing full-body warmup, intro to posing in heels, slow and fast walking combinations, and a short and spicy dance combination.

Sides effects include boosted confidence, a glow in the the face, voluminous hair, and ignition of your feminine energy. 🔥

The trial class is not required to attend the HEELS 101 COURSE, but it is recommended if you want extra practice getting used to your heels!

The HEELS 101 COURSE by Chroma is a 5-week class series for beginners to heels dance. From a beautiful bevel to a body roll, this course will focus on clean technique and unlocking your confidence in heels within a supportive community. The final class includes a filmed choreography that includes elements from the entire course.
