  • Heels 101: Foundations Bootcamp

    One day only! Welcome to a beginner-level training bootcamp for heels foundations! The focus will be walking (i.e. sexy strutting!) and posing in heels. Expect a full-body warmup, strength training, and walking drills with a focus on posture, technique, and personal style.

    This is not a choreography workshop — this is a heels technique training session for beginners and advanced beginners who want to work on the basics!

    Date: Sunday, April 19th

    Time: 18:30-20:30

    Place: Shinjuku (see details in booking)

    Dress: Please wear a white top and black leggings or shorts. Bring heels and a water bottle (no kneepads needed this time!)

  • Private/Semi-Private Lessons

    1-on-1 lessons are highly recommended for those who can’t make the monthly workshop or desire personal training!
